CommScope is recruiting an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team! This is a remote role and candidates will be based in the United States.

This role will collaborate will all disciplines across the information technology groups and Business Units in providing mentorship and developing plans for the integration of information security requirements into solutions provided in the area of Identity Access Management.

How Youll Help Us Connect The World

• Design, develop, and implement sophisticated IAM cloud platform services and applications
• Develop roadmaps, requirements, and architectures across a variety of cybersecurity projects, with a focus on IAM
• Be a Subject Matter expert of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Identity Management and associated components
• Ensure a smooth transition from the initial solution through architecture, implementation, and steady-state operations
• Lead both on-prem/legacy identity management and cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) identity management technologies and systems
  
  

Required Qualifications for Consideration

• 5+ years experience working in Identity and Access Management (IAM) role/field
• 5+ years of experience in core IAM Domains: Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, Identity Lifecycle Management
• Expert knowledge of Azure AD
• Understanding of API design concepts, RESTful Services, and modern application interaction patterns
• Experience configuring Multi-factor Authentication and Single-sign-on
  
  

You Will Excite Us if You Have

• Extensive hands-on experience with IAM technologies, standards, and practices (eg LDAP, x509, Kerberos, RBAC, Privileged Access Management, Radius, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, WSFed,)
• Solid understanding of Net IQ eDirectory and Access Manager
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
• Ability to use various programming or Scripting languages such as Shell scripting, Perl, Python, JavaScript, HTML, or PowerShell
• Basic familiarity with Unix
• Ability to understand the impact IT security and technology has on business outcomes
• Detailed knowledge and work experience with Azure Active Directory Federation Services and related authentication/authorization technologies
