The SDET is tasked with ensuring Givelify’s high standards of engineering quality while solving unique scalability challenges.

Some of the meaningful work you will perform:

• Automate tests for React and/or PHP (Laravel) applications to ensure they are clean, scalable, and responsive.


• Design, implement, and maintain new and existing test automation suites.


• Build reusable, modular test applications.


• Partner with UX/Design, Software Engineering, Quality Analysis, and DevOps to create rapid test prototypes and test banks.


• Build and maintain reusable, modular test applications.


• Design, implement, and maintain test harnesses


• Having fun building high quality code.

We welcome your experience and talents:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics (STEM)


• 8+ years of software testing experience


• Experience working in an agile environment


• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Docker (CI/CD)


• Experience with testing and automating tests for APIs


• Experience with automating tests for Android, iOS


• Experience with automating tests for large scale distributed applications


• Experience automating across browsers (Browserstack experience a plus)


• Expertise with a variety of languages, including JAVA and JavaScript


• Ability to craft and run/check SQL queries


• AI, Machine learning, recommender systems, voice recognition systems, etc. is welcomed, not a requirement

• Experience with performance testing/tuning
