As a principal staff engineer you'd be applying your skill to build the talents of multiple teams across the broader organization. While we have great affection for Banno as the ship that brought us here, we are looking to build a fleet of ships to set sail together. Certainly you could take on initiatives important to a single infrastructure or development team, but most of your work would be with multiple teams and across the organization.
