As a Customer Support Engineer - DBaaS at Constant, you will be able to take your technical skills to the next level by tackling challenging issues as you support our ever-expanding global customer base in a new and expanding offering. We are searching for technology driven, detail oriented, team player who is looking to help strengthen our exceptional support and operations teams. At Constant, you will push your technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to their limits and grow to new heights.

What you will take on:

• Successfully manage technical support requests from our DBaaS customers looking for assistance with performance and/or troubleshooting
• Understand customer's needs and business pain points to deliver outstanding support and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues
• Perform root cause analysis on incidents, which clearly display the primary / secondary causes, associated timelines, and efficient and thorough remediation plan.
• Follow DBaaS support-related processes, procedures, and policies
• Collect, analyze and report on DBaaS Support metrics
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Customer Support procedures and infrastructure.
• Maintain business continuity processes for customer facing Constant Support systems

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
